Customer Success Representative

The Customer Success Representative (CSR) of our retail location is responsible for prospect and client interactions, data integrity, and general office administration. The expectations for this position include:

The CSR will work directly with, and report to our Retail General Manager.

General Areas of responsibility:

  • Inbound Phone Calls, Web Forms, Emails and Instant Messages
  • Sales Calendar Management
  • Appointment Confirmations
  • CRM Data Integrity
  • Outbound Lead Solicitation
  • File Management
  • Review Solicitation
  • *Events / Home Shows

*Special Information Regarding Events / Homeshows

The CSR is expected to work various special events and home shows, provided they are Monday thru Friday. If the CSR is asked to work on weekends, this will be voluntary, and additional wages and/or bonus structures will be agreed upon in writing.

Additionally, the CSR will have the opportunity to work in a neighborhood canvassing capacity. This will be voluntary, and any time spent outside of standard working hours will have any additional wages and/or bonus structures agreed upon in writing.
