What You’ll Need:
- A picture of the entire window: This helps the team understand the context and location of the problem.
- A picture of the specific issue: Whether it’s fog between the panes or any other concern, make sure to capture a clear image.
- A picture of the identifying sticker: This sticker acts like a VIN number on a car and helps us identify your specific window make and model.
Finding the Identifying Sticker:
- For double or triple-pane windows:
- Disengage the locks and lower the top sash.
- Look up top, and you’ll find the identifying sticker. Make sure to capture the numbers clearly.
- If the sticker is in a different location:
- Disengage the locks, raise your bottom sash, and push in the tilt mechanisms to gently lay the sash down.
- Lower the top sash, push in the tilt mechanisms, and locate the label.
