Opening Your ProVia Endure Window:

• Disengage the locks at the top of the window. If you’re not sure if your windows are locked or not, look at the indicators on either side of the locks to ensure they’re in the unlocked position.
• Grab the bottom lift rail and gently push up to open the window.
• To lower the top sash, grab the top lift rail and pull it down.

Using the Sash Limiter:

• The sash limiter controls how high the bottom sash can rise or how low the top sash can go.
• It allows for ventilation while keeping pets, children, or unwanted guests from accessing your house through your windows.

Closing and Locking Your Window:

• Ensure the top sash is pushed all the way up and the bottom sash is all the way down.
• Engage the locks to secure your window.
