My roof was a victim of the March 4th windstorm in Louisville. I received three quotes from local roofing companies for a complete roof replacement. I wasn't sure at first about Window Depot replacing my roof, but once I spoke with Matt, the project manager, I was convinced this was the company that I was going to use. They weren't the highest or the lowest but certainly the one that I was most comfortable with. No sales pressure, just the facts. His honesty, knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Matt took the time to explain my options and even worked with my insurance to work out an issue that needed to be addressed that I missed. I highly recommend!

Window Depot has replaced three exterior doors on my house and they have done a fantastic job on all three! All sales people have been very helpful, and the installers have all done an excellent job, answering all of my questions. I hope I never have to replace another door in my life, but if I do, these folks will be who I call.

Worked with Matt on getting my roof repaired after the March Wind Storm 2023. My roof was tarped and replaced within 30 days. Yes, they do roof replacements and repairs as well.

I recently purchased new windows. Got them installed this Wednesday. For the 10 years being a homeowner I had no idea that this process can be pleasant!!! Everything was done fast and professionally. I have more windows to buy and will 100% go with this company. This is the pace to go for your custom doors! We bought from them and even though there was quite a wait (about 3 months) John was always responsive when I inquired about a status. I had several other remodel projects going on and wanted to make sure I coordinated everyone. John is very knowledgeable about his products and has a very great sense of design as well. His staff that installed our door were absolutely amazing, kind, and very patient with everything I had going on in my house with the other companies that were performing some remodeling tasks. My neighbors have stopped by my house several times over asking where I got my door and how they could design their own. Window Depot has been just stellar as far as choice installation customization, and overall customer service. If I could give them 1000 stars I would!

These guys came out and fixed my roof after a bad storm. Matt was super professional, attentive and responsive. They were upfront about all the costs for work to be done. The 10 yr warranty sealed the deal, It's nice to do business with guys who stand behind their work.
