Eligibility Disclaimer

*To be eligible to win, the nominee must be a veteran, active-duty military member, first responder, or an immediate family member. Proof of service will be required before the prize is awarded. Retail value $5,000 and includes installation and removal of old door. Additional design changes will require additional fees and can be discussed before installation. Nominees and subsequently the winner must own a home within a 1 hour hour driving radius of our offices located at 11505 Commonwealth Dr. Ste 101, Louisville, KY 40299.
